Site preparation involves the demolition of buildings and other structures, clearing of building sites from demolished structures. Site preparation also entails levelling, earth-moving, excavating and other land preparation.

Deconstruction has strong ties to environmental sustainability. In addition to giving materials a new life cycle, deconstructing buildings helps to lower the need for virgin resources. This in turn leads to energy and emissions reductions from the refining and manufacture of new materials.

We continually improve our safety and environmental standards, working closely with our Health & Safety consultant. We are audited by CHAS which is externally verified on an annual basis.
